My husband and I worked with Josh for both the sale of our home in the West Valley and the purchase of a home in the East Valley. We are so grateful for his help with both! For the sale, he gave us fantastic advice to help us do minimal work/investment (just a few, key things) to put the house on the market. Since the first handshake I was sure that we have a great realtor to sell our house. Before first open house Josh advised to fix few minor things - which turned to be a decisive to get first offers after couple of days in the market – and even over the asked price. His marketing tools are comprehensive. Eye-catching twilight photos from the best part of back yard is a different approach from other listed houses that are all showing the very same drive way first.

Now it’s about two months when our closing date was set up, and seems that other subdivision neighbors are still trying to sale their homes. Josh does a proper sales work without counting the hours and replies almost 24/7 to all inquiries and questions. He follows up every visiting realtor shows, negotiates fair deal, makes sure that every upgrade is taken into account to get best price and even helps to find contractors to fix inspection concerns. He’s honestly taking care of you the best possible way from the day one to closing. And even after that he’s still interested in knowing how are we doing in our new home!
