We have been taking our dog here for about 2 years. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have spent the time to explain everything clearly after the visit so we were informed on the care we needed to take with our dog. We have tried numerous other pet hospitals, but this place is our go to pet hospital for check-ups and exams.

Amazing staff, still don't get the, we don't let owners in the clinic...

Random: another clinic, not this, didn't let me in with my 10 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, found out over the phone, that she needed to be put down and I regret that for life because I know if I could have come in with her - she suffers from anxiety and trust issues and only if I'm there, will she allow proper exam. If I was in there, I think things would have happened differently and she deserved so much more. It was early into the pandemic and I just didn't know. I do now.

So here or anywhere, don't let them push you around in the name of covid, especially when their rules are more strict than those at human hospitals, I would know. I have chronic conditions and have for 10 years.

There's no excuse. I told them I will be coming into the clinic to be there and they tried to say no but I didn't care. Their face wasn't what she would last see. Then they said i needed a mask, and then they'd let me be there, like it was a favor. Sorry, no. Again, the last thing she'd see was NOT going to be my face with a mask.

** No... don't ever go there and don't let them bully you around anywhere. **

Sorry, this was a vent on the emergency hospital I took my Berner to late last year. This place so far rocks. Appointments are always available and can be booked online too. Vets are very comforting and take time to discuss whatever questions you have. I'll be taking my 5mo. Bernese Mountain Dog puppy here unless in future appointments, I'm given a reason not to do so.

Such wonderful and caring staff! Prompt, efficient, professional and affordable. We love Dr. Gurley and the techs there. They have made our experiences terrific even when news might be hard! Thank you.
