I had wrist pain for over 10 months and was skeptical of physical therapy. But after the first 2 sessions it felt 70% better. By the 4th session it felt 90% better! The staff is genuine and professional; treats you as an individual by customizing the care to your needs. Rarely can I say a business truly embraces the philosophy of “treating you like family”. My prior experiences with PT have been less than desirable. So... with PT looming again, I was skeptical. A Plus is very different... take my word for it. There is an incredible focus on YOU as a client. The entire staff knows you and calls you by name from day 1. I felt like I was wearing a name badge. The primary providers, Austin and Todd spend a considerable time personally working on your area of concern through massage, heat, ice and of course, designed exercise. The support staff is equally attentive and there for you at every moment. Big props to the team here... can't ever imagine going anywhere else if I ever have the need again....
