  I am assisting my family with a cross country move and they needed to move items from their Cave Creek storage unit to their unit at Dollar Self Storage in Chandler. I had time constraints due to work and was not able to be there when the movers were accessing the unit. Ivan on staff went above and beyond and held the keys for us and was able to assist the movers get into the unit in my absence. If you are looking for a storage unit in this area and need great customer service, I would highly recommend Dollar Self Storage.

  I have been a happy customer of Dollar Self Storage since May of 2018 and just added 2 more units. Rich was super helpful, pleasant and courteous. This facility is always very clean and easy to get into and out of.

  I had such an amazing experience! It was my first time using Dollar Self Storage and Ivan made it a wonderful experience. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with everything, answered all of my questions and concerns in such a friendly and welcoming way. I highly recommend this Storage company ! Thank you Ivan, you're the best!

  I had the most amazing experience! The first day I visited the facility I was taken at the closing hour in the last few minutes. I was given the pleasure of working with Rich! He treated me as if I were the first customer of the day! The next visit Ivan was already aware that I would be back! He was very informative and helpful! Both really cool gentleman! I felt both time as if I were being helped by a friend! The next time I visited the facility I met Chris and he too was very helpful and extremely polite! I wish there were 100 stars for the crew and I hope that they will be here for as long as their hearts are In this field of work! For whatever they are making financially, it should be substantially more! Pleasant to meet such good people when oven found myself in such a terrible place in my life! Thank you gentleman! You are a value to someone (even if it is little old me) ! To whom this may concern please treat these team members with value and respect because they definitely do a great job and truly care for this facility and the community that uses it! Hopefully this post will get them a nice lunch or dinner for them and their families!
