There are so many good things to say about Noria! Firstly, the property is so beautiful and clean. I am always at awe when driving through the property. Secondly, Steve and the staff at Noria are always so friendly and knowledgeable about their work. They are professional and give the best service while helping out with maintenance issues. I highly recommend Noria for their courteous and professional staff alone!

I am currently looking for an apartment to rent after my house sells and I came across Noria Apartments. I immediately scheduled a tour and was not disappointed. The community is gorgeous! The outside is well maintained and the apartment I was able to see was very beautiful, I especially loved the spacious kitchen! I received great customer service from the office staff while setting up my tour. I look forward to renting here once I have a set close date!

Recently, I moved out of a PB Bell community down the street as I had planned to move out of state. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, plans changed. I loved my time at that community and tried to move back in, but nothing was available that fit my needs so the manager referred me to Noria. I have been here almost a month now and am so very happy! The community is lovely and the staff gives me the same great customer service I have come to expect from a PB Bell managed community. Taylor was so sweet and helpful during my move, as has been the rest of the staff that I have met so far. I have also met some very nice neighbors. I am pleased with my apartment and the community itself and am so glad I made this choice!
