Plumber came out and got our hot water system working again, after the pilot light wouldn't light. It was simply the best experience I have ever had with a plumber - responded to my message quickly, came over within an hour or so, fixed the system quickly, and the best bit of all charged very reasonably. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Will be my #1 go-to plumber now!!! Thanks again :-)

After reading the outstanding reviews, I called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC as we may need a new hot water heater due to some noises we were hearing. Unfortunately the Thankless water heater was very old and we prefer to replace it instead of repair it. They arrived punctually at the scheduled time. They had booties and were very polite. They were honest, and professional. These are the type of repair people you want to work in your home. Final Word: I will definitely call them for my next plumbing need.

The plumber completed a job for us yesterday. We are very happy with their services. The first appointment was an assessment of what was needed. The next time they came out, they installed 2 new faucets we purchased from the recommendations received on the initial call. The job was well done, professional service, timely manner and VERY clean. I was a little worried it would be a messy situation. Not at all! They even took the old faucets with them, so we did not have any trash to deal with ourselves. Much appreciation for wearing a mask as suggested by the CDC guidelines.

Very respectful of my home and Covid rules. Extremely knowledgeable, was able to predict the problem from a photograph I sent. Quoted the job accordingly, was able to come quickly, with all the needed tools and supplies. The job was done very well and fast. I am very grateful for his help and will not hesitate to contact him again. Would recommend 100%
