I recently worked with Brandi on a transaction and she was great to work with! She was able to close an investor / fixer upper property extremely quickly and exceeded all expectations. Brandi had excellent communication between myself as the buyer's agent, the listing agent and the buyer/seller. Although this was the listing agent's preferred escrow partner I felt as though Brandi handled everything with extreme fairness and transparency, and I would love to work with her again!

Recently sold a house and used them. My only real experience was going in and signing documents. The lady was extremely helpful and explained everything very well. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for them to call me in. Good place when buying and selling.
