Ordered shutters for complete house. First half of install went fine. Second half was waiting for a Saturday install as I teach and couldn't take off of work. Never heard back ( even though order paid in full). Called them 2 weeks later and was told they don't install/work on Saturdays! Unbelievable. Don't know why they never called me. What kind of service is this for people who work? Not very customer friendly. Install scheduled for today. No call. Called them, no they DON'T have me on their list! Claimed to have never spoken with me about today's install. Said they are too busy to install today and will have Steve get back with me. This is not good business. Was not treated nicely.

After posting this review I received a phone call from the owner. He was very understanding, apologized and was very professional. My install was scheduled for the next day. They came out on time and install was completed very professionally. I am very satisfied that this misunderstanding was rectified so quickly. Very happy now with the product and with Elite. Just make sure you can keep up the good service even as your company grows.

We moved into a new house and needed window coverings, ceiling fans and sun screens. Elite did it all! Love the fact that we could get it all done at one place. The installation team is the best as far as we are concerned and we had a lot of other installers/contractors to compare them to. Super friendly, accommodating, quick and efficient. We got a great deal and the house looks amazing!

We recently attended a Home Show looking for window coverings for a new large window we had put in and as soon as I met Kim I knew I wanted to work with her. She knows her product and had great ideas. Kim was a pleasure to work with and we will continue to use Elite Shutters for future projects. The installers were great and made sure we knew how to take care of our new window coverings. It is so refreshing to work with a company that provides such great quality and customer service. Don't look anywhere else but Elite Shutters. You will not be disappointed.
