  I came to get an oxygen bleed in port for my heated hose for my red med 10. Found out it would be better to go with a regular hose and bleed in for my oxygen. The lady who helped us was so knowledgeable and really helped us put it all together. I appreciated the great customer service

  Every experience in this store has been amazing. The employees greet you immediately and work together to get you exactly what you need. Our most recent experience was about a walker 1 week old. Not only did they address our needs in the store, the manufacturer was contacted and a new walker has been ordered for my dad.

  My husband has a U Step Walker. The left brake was not working. Lori Carlson was very helpful.. They had it working in less than 24 hours and we did not even purchase it from them!
