Wasn't thrilled when I first went in for my appointment. Many of the staff that were supposed to check you in we're just standing there chatting amongst themselves. However, when I was finally helped for my appointment the tech, Jesse was fantastic! He answered my questions, and explained what he was doing. He also had to help another customer at the same time and he was very patient with the other customer who was having a hard time understanding her new computer. Kudos to this young man for understanding what good customer service is.
Ordered the iPhone 14 on the Apple website. They give you a QR code that you show an Apple employee. I was impressed how easy it was. I showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and within five minutes they had the phone and I walked out. It was extremely efficient and fast.
Very busy Apple 🍎 store. Went in the mall looking for a specific item. Having had an Apple phone in the past I was surprised to see how busy this store was. They had plenty of help on hand and a very large display of various things. If your an apple buff looking for an apple store give this place a try. The Chandler fashion Center has plenty of parking for young and old. I would highly recommend this store for all you Apple 🍏 needs. Spend your money here.
This is a long one...So I had to come in twice. The first time I came in and had Ryan help me with my laptop and we discovered it was a display issue. Before going over cost options, Ryan went to the back to discuss something and came back and informed me of an issue my model of laptop was having that they saw frequently. He mentioned we can send it out and see if my issue was the same and my display replacement would be covered and free. I figured it was worth the shot. Luckily for me my laptop did and my display was replaced and working! I was told of the 90 day warranty in case something were to happen. I took my laptop home and unfortunately about a week and a half later my laptop stopped working. I was a little annoyed that it possibly could be the display again, but I had a feeling it was my battery. But I was glad I had the 90 day warranty. I took it back and worked with Angel, we figured it was now the battery. My laptop is 4 years old and so I wasn't surprised that was it. But of course it worked when we plugged it in and nothing on the diagnostics test showed any issues, but just like Ryan, Angel suggested sending it out to be on the safe side especially because I was still within the 90 day warranty, so I sent it again for a new battery and if there was anything else wrong with it they would check. When my laptop was ready again, I went in and found out that my battery was replaced AND the logic board! That's a big repair and it was covered under the warranty. I was super grateful I didn't have to pay a hefty amount or have to resort to buying a new device. I kind of owe it to Ryan for thinking of that issue with the displays and suggesting to have it be sent out just to see. The repairs were quick despite be shipped out and both Ryan and Angel were great to work with and very kind.
