LensCrafters

This was my first visit to any LensCrafters Store. I visited the Chandler Fashion Square location in AZ. Although apprehensive because this was also my initial use of vision benefits under my Medicare Advantage policy, I knew I needed the eye exam and glasses desperately. The completion of my exam and final purchase required two visits, however this was due to my need for further financial research.

Dillon was the associate who helped me throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and available to answer all of my questions. At the end of the first visit, one pair of glasses became unavailable but rather than leaving me uncertain about options, Dillon took ownership of the issue, made his recommendations, and I didnt have a minute of doubt. All of the specialists and staff offered exceptional customer service. I would recommend this store!!

Every minute of my visit was perfect, smooth and easy, I found out I had a conference call while I was in the store, Melvin and Lenny got my order in, measurements and off I was, everything went as smooth as possible, super Happy with the service of the doctors office and the Lenscrafters employees

I've been seeing Dr. Patel for 20 years, he's the BEST!! Lens Crafter's employees are very nice and knowledgeable!!
