I've been living here almost 3yrs, seen managers come and go and i have to say Jessica is by far the best manager this property has had. Her and the entire staff are very welcoming and are very attentive to the needs of the residents. Even saw her and the staff sweeping the hallways recently. Thats leadership no job too big or small. Highly recommend!
Great living experience! I truly enjoy living at Morrison Chandler. The front office staff is phenomenal. They are friendly, professional and timely when responding to questions and addressing issues. The maintenance staff is also amazing! They respond to requests very quickly and always smile and wave at tenants around the complex. The complex is extremely dog friendly so keep that in mind. I’ve had a pleasant experience with my neighbors and the community is overall quiet. Highly recommend Morrison Chandler.

It has been 3 months since my last review and I am please to say things are getting better. Communication is a lot better management has been focusing more on the real issues and above all MAINTENANCE IS AMAZING now I never had an issue with maintenance but they are really amazing and go above and beyond to help us residents

Ever since Mark Taylor has taken over there has been nothing but problems and i try to stay away but they some how still find a way. They are sending “warning emails” with incorrect information and claiming that because they have a picture they have proof. When whatever their maintenance or office reps are staying is incorrect. Before sending out these emails you may want to ensure that what happened actually did happen, if you are looking for somewhere to live just steer clear. Trust me it’s for the best!! The fact that they are worried about a box placed outside when they have cops CONSISTENTLY being called due to domestic violence and fights happening in my blg (at least 4x a month) Is ridiculous, priorities are not in the right place with this management team... (and I did break the box down and throw it away so I don’t know what the issue was)
* update * so Mark Taylor just bought the apartment and I have already had horrible experiences with them (I have lived in two of their complexes before) I actually chose this place because it WASNT managed by MT but here we are... One week in and I am already missing packages ... The premises seem to be getting dirtier and the communication on what's happening with this transition is non existent. I am happy I only a have a few months left in my lease.
I am so excited to move in here!! Let me start by saying I toured over 6 luxury apartment homes and this one topped them all. When I first stopped by they were actually closed but they still took time to go over details and set an appointment for a tour (which I missed). So I came in the next day and immediately fell in love the layout of the complex is amazing. I walked in to a very open floor plan with top of the notch appliances, and STORAGE everywhere !! I am so excited to move in my only CONCERN is privacy **will be doing a 3 and 6 months review**

First, i would like to say i was greeted so kindly from Eileen via phone. I actually did a look and lease online, and she helped with sealing the deal of what worked for me, practically explaining the place as if i was there!
As the process continued, I began to work with Kelsey who gave me undivided attention and i really appreciated how smooth it went for me.
Also, on my tour i dropped my Id and they called back to let me know so kindly.
Thanks ladies! 7 years in this industry for me and its so refreshing to see service this way! This type of service is rare to received from the entire staff!!!Keep up the great work.
I moved into my apartment home in August and everyday I enjoy it more. The maintenance crew are the Best, not just friendly but very prompt about taking care of each request and getting it done quickly. The office staff I can’t praise enough, helpful, sweet, knowledgeable and I love them all. I feel like the complete staff here is like family. My apartment is lovely, the neighbors are absolutely wonderful so I guess you can tell I am very pleased to be living here and would recommend to anyone that asks about a place to live.
