I was desperately needing to have my Lapband removed due to horrible symptoms and the age of the band. I had been suffering for nearly a year. Insurance had denied coverage for the surgery many times. Dr. Brown was kind enough to write a Letter of Appeal to the insurance company. After reviewing her letter, they agreed to benefits for the surgery. I was scheduled quickly. I am now 2 weeks post op and am so thankful and grateful to Dr. Brown for giving me my quality of life back! I am relieved of ALL symptoms and feel like myself again.
My thanks to Leidi as well. She took all my phone calls and questions with care and was quick to respond every time. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Brown and Leidi. Thank you Ladies!!

Dr Brown worked with me on a plan to lose weight prior to hernia repair. Her kindness, support and motivation ensured I made the goal. Surgery changed my life. I have more energy than I have had in years. Sad but our relationship is over. I would recommend her highly to anyone needing hernia surgery.

Dr. Brown worked with me from beginning to end of my experience. She explained in detail everything I needed to know and helped me understand what to expect of my surgery. She checked in and visited me every day while I was recovering in the hospital. She is personable and understanding. I was very comfortable placing my health in her hands.

I am writing as the caregiver for my wife, who recently experienced surgery by Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown, removed my wife's gall bladder, following an emergency room admission at Mercy Hospital, in Gilbert Arizona. This condition was complicated by other factors requiring a total stay of 6 days in the hospital.

The operation was a complete success and Dr. Brown stayed connected with us throughout this period, explaining everything that we needed to know about the operation itself, what our expectations should be following the surgery, and subsequent care.
