“They deserve 10 stars, seriously. I have a 45 year old Motorhome that’s been heavily modified. Most shops won’t work on it, and quite honestly I don’t trust many people to even touch it. This shop isn’t afraid of anything! Bryan made me feel like a million bucks and cared for me and my rig like we were gold! Tony, the technician who worked on it has the patience of a saint! Tony is also one of the smartest, knowledgeable, and friendly auto technicians I’ve ever come across. He’s one of the very few people I would trust to leave my coach with. Repairs weren’t cheap, but it was fair and they stand behind their work. The whole organization is great and I want whatever they put in their water. Other companies should take notes on how this organization provides a superior customer experience. Great job everyone, from the nice girl who happily gave me a ride home, to all of the friendly people who greeted me as they passed through the lobby, and of course Bryan, and Tony! You guys rock.”

“I rarely write reviews unless it is to warn buyers; but I am so impressed with how fast, professional and caring this repair facility has been I had to review. I first used them about 6 months ago as a result of an insurance claim. Great work, no complaints; but since I wasn’t paying for anything, including the rental I never really paid to much attention to the time, costs or process in general. Recently my daughter needed some work done that was not through insurance so there was much concern about time, money and being given priority since they are such a big company. But the work was done expediently, looks flawless, she was charged fairly and treated with professionalism and genuine concern. I definitely recommend based on my experience with this facility.”

“I have visited all of the Harley dealerships in the valley and this one is far the best. But my review is a little bit more than the usual great service and great sales staff especially the girls in clothing. My experience started with having my bike dropped off for regular services. When it came time to get picked up, the service tech happened to drive my bike around and crash it. The poor guy fractured his leg and damaged my 2014 Fat Bob. Debating whether to trade it in or have it fixed, I decided to have it fixed. GM Chad Riddle personally handled my incident over the few next weeks of trying to accommodate me and transition the matter smoothly. Chad and Nick Deboerd did an excellent job fixing what needed to be done and made my bike 110% correct. Both were able to have a local painter match the custom paint without waiting weeks from Harley. Thanks again Chad, Nick and the ladies in clothing who are always helpful when we come”
