Dr. Janelle Lee is NO DOUBT the BEST pediatric dentist in the valley. State of the art office environment and superb experience from the moment we entered the door. All staff we met are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee took time to go over every details in her diagnostics, patiently listened to our questions/concerns, and throughly explained all the optimum options as well as referred us to best specialists in the area. We are so thankful and STRONGLY recommend her!

Fantastic Experience!

We have seen multiple pediatric dentists and my son has had multiple bad experiences. His anxiety levels skyrocket and he ends up screaming, yelling, crying and has even bitten a dentist before. All of that is in the past now that we found Bloom. Dr. Lee and her team were amazing from start to finish. We started with routine checkups and cleanings and explained the anxiety issues. They were amazing and recommended a course of treatment they have seen work before. Fast forward a few weeks and my son broke a tooth. They got us in the very next day and were amazing! All of the team were wonderful at communicating what would be happening and making it seem like no big deal, even like my son was going to have fun. Well, they exceeded my expectations 10x over! I would highly recommend Bloom Pediatric Dentistry to anyone in or near Chandler, especially if you have a kiddo with anxiety or special needs. I can't say enough good things!!!

Dr. Lee takes the time to provide an explanation to those parents that want it, and she is helpful and tactful with her responses. Her staff made an effort to make my son comfortable. He even talked about his experience as soon as he was in the car. We're happy that Dr. Lee is near our home.

new edit: I have to reduce this by one star because I had a couple of questions about sealant. I didn't even ask her any questions at the appointment because I wasn't there. She could've said that she would be happy to answer them at another appointment that we needed to schedule for a follow-up visit. Instead, she said it would cost $200 to meet with her for 30 minutes to ask her questions. I was merely concerned about permanently damaging the enamel on my son's adult teeth by etching them to apply sealant when he didn't have any cavities. But, it's understandable because time is important when it's your time.

We love the entire staff and safe kids
environment they have created. They always are making sure my boys are comfortable and communicate on every step they take. Thank you for helping them learn the importance of taking care of their teeth! Dr. Lee and her staff are simply the best even when they do get a cavity …or two. 🤯🤯🤯 100% recommend her for your children.

My children have been Dr. Lee’s patients for almost 3 years now, and we have loved every visit! We’ve watched them go from scared little children to being extremely excited about the dentist. Not just Dr. Lee, but the whole staff is amazing with making your child’s dental experience pleasant, and memorable. There are dozens of pediatric dentist offices between my house and the Bloom Pediatrics office, but we drive the distance to see them because they are beyond worth it! Their personalities and abilities to make sure you understand exactly what’s going on with your child’s treatment, supersede any expectations you could ever have in a dentist office. We are so grateful to have found them for our children!
