Stone Oaks

My name is Janelle and I recently moved in at stone oaks two days ago. At arrival there was a seamless delivery of the keys since I had done everything online. I just walked into my new apartment. Later that night I see the key for the bathroom/bedroom is not on top of the door. We check every door frame and nothing. I have a 3 and 1 year old and my 3 yr old just recently discovered how to lock and unlock bedroom doors... I call the leasing office and spoke to someone who told me that they did not have a key and that I could use a Bobby pin or flat screwdriver. I had neither since I'm mid move.

Fast forward to today and my son locks his 1 yr old sister in the room! Called the office and finally reached ebony who had maintenance bring a key thank God! Thank you God for ebony because I started to lose my mind. Right before maintenance got here we got the door open with a bent back fork. Man. I'm giving five stars because during my move in process everything was seamless.
One thing I noticed is the ac units are right outside the bedroom window which isn't horrible but if you're a super sensitive sleeper choose a second floor apt.

Apartment is beautiful. Love the space. The cabinet space. The mini pantry. The patio. Huge and amazing. Only thing amiss so far is the bedroom key situation and the sink stoppers were missing which ebony again asked maintenance to bring. Give the woman a raise or cudos please! Above all I just wanted to share my experience so far with stone oaks. Its been great so far and the price is reasonable and great for the space I suppose.

Update this in 6 months!

Rica she is wonderful, she is knows how to make a community better place for living. This place is always clean and the neighbors and staff are great!

Stone Oak is an amazing property to live at. It feels more like a home not like an apartment complex. I've lived here for 5 years until this past December I moved out to Happy Valley. Rica is an amazing manager and she's always trying to make sure that her property is on point.
Leo is the service manager and he is such a hard worker. Jose is one of the service guys and he is hands-down the best service guy in that entire property. All the staff is fantastic at the entire property.

Ebony and the other managers here are absolutely amazing! They get anything and everything done to satisfy our needs. Im truly blessed to live in such a wonderful place! Thank you!!!!

My wife and I moved in recently and we drove 23 hours and moving to Stone Oaks in chandler was worth each and every mile! It feels like living on a resort because of the staff keeping the grounds and apartments well maintained! We love the leasing office staff the make use feel welcomed and it’s like Home Sweet Home! We feel like family and it’s the Greatest place on Earth to live! It’s a melting pot all walks of life live here and we all Respect & All get along well. Mark Taylor if you ever read this we could go on and on we Love Mike in maintenances he and the staff are the quickest to make repairs! Mr. Leo Head of maintenance said the staff has a Purpose and that is to serve the residents with a smile! We could have moved anywhere else however we are truly grateful that the Lord led us to such a nice and wonderful place to live and pet friendly. There is nothing we would suggest to change. Keep up the Great work
