Pamela was very thorough and explained things well. I give her a 5. I give all the employees a five as well. They were very friendly and accommodating. I eliminated 1 star because the wait was pretty long. In all fairness I guess that's to be expected when you're a walk in.

I made an online appointment which was so much better than being in a waiting room for hours. Wait time in the lobby to get to my exam room was only 5 minutes as well as waiting for a provider to see me in the exam room was only 5 minutes. I had an exam and a chest X-ray and was out within the hour. My provider was Felicia NP and she was outstanding as well as all the other staff. I was treated with respect. My questions were answered. I didn’t feel rushed. The clinic was very clean. I’m 💯 satisfied and will chose IU again. Thank you for your excellent care.

I came in with strep throat. I was in and out very quickly and everyone was really nice! I use the IU health system for all my medical care now, and I’ve had a pretty good experience all around. I booked a time online before I went. Might be a good idea for others. They weren’t busy when I was there, but I’m sure that’s not always the case.

This is the best urgent care center. I've unfortunately had to go twice in the past year for nose and throat issues but both times the staff was so friendly and took the time to figure out what the issue was and gave me plenty of options for care and involved me in every step. I never feel out of the loop or not involved in my own care decisions, which is very important to me. The prescriptions they gave have been exactly what I needed to feel back to 100% quickly.

I went in because I thought I might have fractured my toe and saw they can do x-rays on the IU website. It was pretty busy and was told it was an hour wait but they took me back within 15 minutes of checking in. The PA and Medical Assistant were gentle and caring. Front desk seemed a bit overworked because there was a long line of people and she was by herself. She definitely needs a raise for how efficient she was getting 10 different people checked in. I was able to get the x-ray and referral to IU West for follow up. I would recommend coming here if you're already a patient with IU Health because it was nice the other doctor already had my x-ray.

My right eye started to hurt and needed an emergency appointment. I must have called half a dozen doctors and no one could take me in until the following week. I luckily got the Arizona Eye Center's number from a different doctor. I called in and they were very kind to fit me in. When I went in, it took almost no time to be seen. The doctor was very friendly and compassionate. The office is beautiful, spacious and clean. I can't recommend these guys enoigh!

This eye center has exceeded my expectations where others have came up short. If you're looking for the best place to take care of you and your eyes... You've found it.

SO HAPPY, I have a very difficult glasses prescription and most eye places can't get it right. But I am sooo happy this place got it right the first time and all the staff there were all smiles and it was just an all around great experience I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent bedside manor Dr. Depenbusch answered all my questions I had about my dads new eye condition. I left there feeling so much better and fully informed. I plan to send all my family and friends to him!
