I called to inquire about refinancing an auto loan and she walked me through the process and was able to get me approved quickly cutting my monthly loan to half with lower interest rate! She was very patient and understanding as I was trying to locate all the information she needs. She explained the terms clearly and she adds a personal touch to the entire transaction. Overall excellent customer service. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I’m going through the process of changing my last name now that I’m married which can be very frustrating in itself but they made it a very enjoyable experience! Even though my card was giving us a hard time they helped me through every step of it. Assistant service manager Matt as well as Matt who helped me with my account were both super helpful and friendly. Thank you for making this a positive experience!

Everyone always is so friendly and really try to get to know you. This branch has the essence of what true customer service is all about! You have a customer for life!
