HOP Central Brewing Co and Taproom

This place is great. They have a great beer selection. Whoever chooses their beers knows whats up. The only thing I would recommend would be they need more of a selection. Im sure they will add more, but that is the ONLY reason I gave the 4 stars

Cool concept having just 4 house taps but another 20 or so guest taps and tons of cans/bottles to go. I tried 2 of the 4 house beers - Big Tasty was a delicious imperial brown ale, and Get Off Maibock was a very good bock (arguably delicious, I just prefer brown ales in general and don't drink many bocks). I enjoyed the open invitation to bring your own food since they don't serve any. Will definitely return!

Glad they were open to "dine in" as many of the breweries are not currently! They have a small patio out back that allowed me to bring the dog. Nice selection of AZ and other beers on tap. Very good can selection of AZ beers as well to enjoy on site or to take away. I left with 8 different Tombstone IPA's, and a barleywine to take back to Dallas. Friendly place to enjoy a pint or a sampler flight. No food, but you can bring in what you like. Glad I stopped in.

Super friendly staff and if you like beer this is the place to good. However bring your own food, they have none.

Over the past couple months I’ve stopped in a few times to pick up some beers to-go and have had a great experience both times! They have a wide range of beers that are constantly changing and they even have a few sour beers for me to choose from- my favorite! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on the selection. Don’t hesitate to support this great small business!
