(September 7, 2016, 6:50 pm)If you want a good workout, want to meet some new friends, and start reaching your goals, then this is the place you should be! I have worked out with Alicia, Ryan and Jon and have met many of the trainers and everyone is friendly, fun, and very educated on what they do. I've never had two of the same workouts so if variety is your thing then you'll be set. I've not only done the personal training, but I've attended morning group workouts and have met several new friends in the process. Great place!
(January 27, 2016, 11:33 am)Great place. The semi-private training option makes personal training affordable for anyone. It’s a WAY better option than going to the group studios where you just sweat in a room full of people. Those places can be a good workout, but these guys will get you results.
