(July 2, 2020, 11:57 pm)Just tried the Wild Elk Den for the first time, and got to chat with Vic and one of the regulars for a bit before my food was ready. Super friendly place and both had great suggestions on what to try for my next visit.
I ordered the elk bowl with rice and veggies to try for my first time. Really really good. Cooked perfectly and not too much "gamey" flavor. I definitely suggest checking this place out.
(May 4, 2019, 12:56 pm)We went to Wild Elk yesterday. It was a great experience. I've grown up hunting and eating wild meat. If you are the same you know it's difficult to find. We ended up getting about eight different types of Sliders. All of them were delicious obviously some were better than others. My favorite was the venison or the antelope. Highly recommend checking this place out it's a family-owned operation. Definitely try the hot seasoning a little goes a long way FYI.
(February 2, 2019, 10:38 pm)If I could give this 10 stars I would!!! I called in an order for my husband because I'm so picky I didn't even think I would try this but the owner is so wonderful!!!! He recommended the Jerk chicken. Hands down this is the best dinner we have had in years!!!! Our twins 5 and son 2 even went wild over our food!! THE BISON PIZZA IS A MUST ITS ALSO DELICIOUS!!! Food is fresh and hot. This place is a hidden Gem literally!!! Will definitely be returning at least once a week!!! Check this place out.
