(April 12, 2022, 8:07 am)I love this new facility. The staff has always been amazing and courteous even when they were in the little old place and I was glad for them to have a better working environment. Very nice and clean facility, and functional too.
(February 9, 2022, 5:42 pm)Like everyone, I’ve been going to post offices my entire life, but I’ve never had the level of cheerfulness, service and professionalism I have received at the Prosper location.
Sherri and Angie particular have been shining stars. I would hire them in a heartbeat for my own business. I hope that USPS gives them a promotion and a raise because they deserve it! This is the gold standard for post office customer service.
(November 9, 2021, 4:52 pm)The counter staff is amazing. Very positive and always helpful. I ship a lot with USPS due to my publishing business and use them whenever I can over UPS and FedEx because they offer the best value. The new facility is awesome and was very needed!
