“I needed my travel ID so stopped here on my way to work. I did not have to wait too long and the young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient. She even asked me to approve my photo and signature which I thought was nice. I was surprised to find out there is an additional $25 convenience fee added onto the cost of the license bringing it to $50. If I had known that I may have made an appointment at DMV. I went ahead and paid the $50 to avoid the hassle, but I think that is a lot. I should have called first to ask about fees I guess.”
