“I shipped two large framed images (one lithograph, one photograph) from Phx to NY. Gateway did an amazing job and quoted and maintained and excellent price. The pieces were packed so carefully in 3 kinds of foam and plastic wrap, then packed into a custom crate. There was damage to the crate when I picked it up, but the frames were safe and whole inside. “I liked everything about this service. The guys were nice, punctual, and super efficient. Blake Hancock and Nate Griep did my moving and I was super impressed with their handling of everything. They got all my stuff into a third floor condo, put it together, and offered to move things around until I was happy. All within the estimated time frame. Both guys were cheerful and polite the whole time they were working hard- they were a please to deal with and they made a hard day much better by being so great. I hope not to move again for a long time but if I do I’ll definitely use this service”
