  Back on May 29th my wife and I purchased two phones from the MetroPCS store on Bell in Surprise. Did not like the customer service that we received. My wife noticed by the time we got to our truck her phone was malfunctioning and overheating. We went to our local store that we have gone too many of times on Dysart and Waddell. And worked with our normal Representatives. Celeste and Elvira helped us out got another phone for my wife. Had an amazing rapport with us their way to pick up the new phone for us. I will never go to a different Metro store for anything. The store is clean, the employees are knowledgeable of the phones and service plans they provide. I can't brag enough how much Celeste and Elvira helped us out thank you so much.
