(October 14, 2019, 7:00 pm)Very happy with Grand Building and remodeling, they did a great job on my new Garage and were terrific to work with. I've had a great number of compliments from the folks in our community and several have asked for a referral, which I'm more than happy to provide. From the Owner, to the Foreman, and to the front office they did a great job. I'll update with pictures shortly.

(March 6, 2018, 12:05 pm)Grand Building & Remodeling did extensive work during the Fall of 2017, into 2018. We added a one bedroom/bath/large walk-in closet addition as well remodeled the kitchen & bathroom. In addition, we changed out all the doors/doorframes, added crown molding & larger baseboards. We are very pleased with the final product. John (owner) was very good at transforming my design dreams into reality! All of Grand Building workers, sub-contractors did exemplary work. All the workers were professional & easy to work with. We received daily updates on the next days work schedule so we could anticipate who & when there would be workers arriving. Any time we had questions/concerns, they were addressed promptly. We plan to do more remodeling in the Fall of 2018 and without a doubt will again be using Grand Building as our contractor!
