I never felt pressure to buy a car. Minna went above and beyond to make my experience amazing and memorable. I will definitely send business to Lexus of Milwaukee. Minna is an amazing sales representative. And she has a great career ahead of her. I finally can say I trust someone.

Second vehicle I bought from him, and will be back for the third! Ben, the tech guru, was great at explaining the new technology and getting me set up to enjoy my vehicle. Excellent customer service.

(March 19, 2021, 11:20 am)I just purchased a 2017 IS300 F Sport, and every step of the process was amazing! I worked with Maria, and she blew me away. I originally went to look at a different vehicle, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. She showed me another IS they had on the lot, and it ended up being the one I purchased. She is very knowledgeable, confident, and relaxing to work with. I never felt pressured or anxious about anything. This is an experience I haven’t had at other dealers previously. Frank in financing did an outstanding job explaining the paperwork, and Hunter did a great job going over the details of the car. I live 1.5 hrs away from this dealer, and plan to buy from them from here on. I can’t say thank you enough to Maria, Frank, Hunter and everyone else there! 5 stars truly isn’t enough to rate them.
