I am so grateful to have found this vet clinic! They are so upfront and professional with their pricing--which is VERY affordable compared to other vet clinics. The wait times can get long, but I have always received quality care and they have been so patient and willing to work with my two cattle dogs that are wary of strangers and struggle with vet visits. I highly recommend to anyone needing services for their pets. :)

I recently found a very senior Chocolate Siamese cat. Vet IQ was wonderful! Dr. Cantrell, Vet Assistant Alison, and the other wonderful assistants that helped were so caring. The costs were very reasonable to do lab work to make sure the kitty was healthy and safe to be around my other furry family members. They even checked him for a microchip but no luck. Vet IQ is a great alternative for your regular visit check ups and when you can't get into your regular vet. Thank you Vet IQ! I will definitely be visiting them again with my other pets. It's first come first serve but well worth it. They will call you when your next up so you don't have to sit there and wait.

I really love my subscription for my 2 malti-poo pups now a year old. I got the insurance when they were tiny and got all my shots and follow up with VetIQ. While others had to make an appointment, we were able to go in at a convenient or spur of the moment time. The people are great to work with and the follow up paper trail is professional and complete. The annual fees are fair and being able to pay monthly is great. I highly recommend them.

I’m so happy I discovered this place. It’s very affordable, clean. No frills type of place. They only do walk-ins. But there is rarely a long wait. The staff and Doctor are very nice. It’s not a full service hospital, but for vaccines, tests and consultation it’s a great place to go. Prices are the most reasonable I have found and what few know is they have a 1800 concierge line that pretty much walks you through any health concern you may have with your fur babies. I have 5 dogs I’ve taken there and have always been satisfied. So, I highly recommended. I own my Calizee, Tico, Diva and Hodor.

The first day I tried this business I waited in line a half hour just to be told that it would be a four hour wait! It was suggested that I try to come the next day at noon when they opened. I did that. So did six other people. This is an "affordable" veterinary care facility so it's in high demand. It is clean and bright. The staff was nice enough.
The place is not set up with exam rooms so you have to answer questions and give private info in front of everyone. You also have to hand over your sweet little "fluffy" to the tech and wait while they take him in the back and do their thing. I'm not a fan of that arrangement ever.
Seating in the waiting area is minimal. Though it's connected to the Walmart, it is separate from the store. You have to exit the vet office and walk outside to the Walmart entrance. That won't be pleasant in 120 degree summers. You definitely will have to use the Walmart for restrooms and hydration. The benches get pretty hard on your bottom during a four or five hour wait. Walk in convenience comes at a cost. I have used other affordable vets and though it's still on a first come first served basis, they did intake so the preliminaries were done while you waited. Also, the pet was examined and treated on the spot. I would have liked talking to the vet myself and showing him the problem my pet was experiencing.
In spite of the wait all the owners were pleasant. Only one dog barked. In my opinion, a much bigger space should have been allocated and separate waiting rooms. However, if have you need a vet that truly takes walk ins, then by all means give VetIQ a visit.
The exam was $30 but treatment and medicine can be pricey. They suggest using the Walmart pharmacy but you have your pet with you. Later I took it to another one and discovered that the vet had not supplied his ID number. The information says they are available almost all the time,but there was no one answering. The prescription remains unfilled.
