BB Living at Val Vista

I've lived at BB Living at Val Vista for the last 2 years and I have enjoyed it. If I had any issues come up leasing/management would make sure I was taken care of, particularly Stacy. Stacy and the team at BB Living have always gone above and beyond. BB Living is a nice family-oriented community that I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

BB Living Val Vista has been my home for going on 2 years now and I can honestly say we love living here. Part of the reason is the leasing office, specifically Stacy. She has been here for majority of our stay and she makes everything easier and anything we need she makes sure it gets taken care of. Great community!

Great community, campus and amenities. Clean, modern and multicultural. Stayed here almost 4 years! Stacy from the leasing team is the BEST… she’s been so helpful over the years. Going to miss this place for sure.

We've been living here for more than a year now and I believe we were lucky to find this community. It's quiet, convenient, close to everything and most residents are families with kids. Leasing staff and maintenance staff (previous and current) have been always nice, responsive, and very helpful. Stacy in particular, has been here for a long time; she is always patient, helpful and effective. Thank you for all your work and help!

This is a big community with a large complex of town homes, and as mentioned in other reviews, parking can be an issue sometimes, especially if you have large vehicles (trucks). Also, due to the community size, some tenants may have minor negative experiences from few individuals' behaviors. On both ends, the leasing staff try to address these issues as much as they can given the resources they have, and i don't believe that these issues should affect the overall evaluation for this community, nor they should cloud the many good features for the community and its staff!
