Vivace at Gateway Place Apartments

Very nice, safe place to reside. Office staff is wonderful and very accommodating.

I absolutely love this place! Management is super awesome and friendly. The neighbors are super sweet and apt is very big and open. Feels more like a condo! Management and maintenance keep up the good work!!!

This place is amazing! The staff and maintenance are amazing people to work with. The Appartments are beautiful and are much bigger than most and very comfortable. With an attached garage and I closed star way it is very private. The amenities are top notch. Especially the pool! Thank you for making our stay 5 stars!

Absolutely the most wonderful place to live! I did not want to buy right now and this has been the best alternative!! The office staff is always friendly and professional, and the maintenance guys are super quick to help! My apartment is like a condo: It’s very spacious, I have my own attached garage, and my staircase is private, inside of my own home. My neighbors have been wonderful! I feel very much at home; we’re so happy!!

Vivace is an amazing place to call home. My family and I lived there for over a year and loved being there. The staff is truly the best staff around. They are genuine, caring, kind, sweet, and so much more. They will do everything they can to make sure you are happy and feel at home there. The apartments are beautiful and in a great location but it's the staff that makes Vivace a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend living there.
