Eddie at the Warner Road/Val Vista Store provided exceptional customer service. I wish all people provided the level of service Eddie provides. Eddie resolved issues with iPhone for my blind father-in-law. Eddie should be congratulated by store management for the service he provides. Thank you!!!

I had a really great experience a week ago when I came in. Brady was awesome. He really took the time to explain the process to me, and he took the time to help me understand the process. He was professional and personable at the same time. 10/10

I came in to the store with my mom, she was having an issue that Daniel resolved. She was eligible to get new phone. I asked Daniel to check to see if I could qualify for an upgrade, I was, and he was so very patient with answering all of my questions, and very knowledgeable, transfered all of my appsto my new phone!.
I had questions re: Direct TV stream, he explained in detail to me how it works and how to set it up if I do decide to try it again.
Daniel was so kind, patient and knowledgeable and professional! He is an asset to your team!
