Gateway Urgent Care

My wife located this nearby medical facility on Google due to a severe leg injury I experienced while exercising this week .... We received a prompt appointment and arrived on time with minimal wait time to be seen... From that point forward the medical staff from top to bottom was spectacular in their professional and compassionate care... Incidentally, I too run a local high traffic business and I can fully appreciate exceptional customer service attributes.. This is a 5 star bonafide medical facility that is now in my bookmarked address book for future reference and referrals .. Thank you so much... Mike..

I love the workers at this urgent care! The front desk are very nice. The medical staff are so caring and sit and listen to you and go over your care. I will 100% be making this location my go to! Highly recommend

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was at Gateway Urgent Care. I was able to make an appointment online and fill out most of my paperwork in advance. Once I got there, the front desk staff were very helpful figuring out my insurance and costs. My wait time was ~ 15 minutes. After I was seated in the room, I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. The doctor was excellent … very nice; he went over everything with me, and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and he didn’t seem rushed. I had an A+ experience and would highly recommend. I will go there for any future urgent care needs.

Gateway Urgent Care was amazing. The front office staff was very welcoming and very friendly. We arrived with an appointment and they immediately checked us in. We were called back within 5 minutes. Maria, the nurse who administered my daughter’s vaccine was awesome. She was very kind, funny and extremely friendly to my daughter. She put her at ease, made kind conversation and was just all around wonderful. Highly recommend this facility. Wonderful with children.

Check in was fast. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor was professional and efficient.

11/9/2021: I arrived for my appointment on time. Since a urine sample was needed, the receptionist was kind enough to give me a bottle of water so I could leave one. After I gave them the urine sample, the doctor examined me and called in a prescription to Walgreens.
The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful as was her staff. I would recommend Gateway Urgent Care without reservation.
