I have known James personally and professionally for over 20 years. In all that time, I have seen him conduct his business with the utmost professionalism and respect for his clients. He gets it, that you must treat clients they way they deserve to be treated. He is constantly in a state of self-education and keeps up with current trends and technologies. If I were in the area and needed tech support, I wouldn't hesitate to call on James, knowing the job would be done properly.
I am a realtor. My laptop is my life blood. I deal with documents that are very time sensitive. It is imperative that glitches be kept to a minimum, and are rectified in a timely fashion. I have been thrilled with James! His advice is spot on. & his work ethic is impeccable! When the time came to replace my laptop, James was able to guide me to the right machine based on my usage. I didn't need a $2000 gaming laptop with lightning fast speed. But he listened to my specific needs, and was able to help me find the right product. James is very personable and knows his stuff. Not only does he do a great job in explaining the possible issues with your computer but also with the different options available. In setting up my new computer, he did a great job in taking most of the stress off of me by installing the software I needed but would have forgotten about...and in lightening speed. Losing or having to replace a computer is stressful for most of us, but James made in worry-free and within 2 days of diagnosing the problem. I have no problems referring him to anyone, or in using him again.
James and his assistant has been AWESOME! My Computer runs smoothly and faster. He has updated my office systems for a fraction of what I would have spent. I love that I'm able to reach him most any time. It's great knowing I have someone who knowledgeable, friendly and trust worthy. I highly recommend Expert - IT Support.
James at Expert IT Support has been fantastic. I approached James because my business laptop was getting slow and bogged down. I wanted to get a new laptop but I had extremely expensive software on my computer that I couldn't transfer and didn't want to repurchase. As such, my best option was to clean and upgrade my current computer. James was extremely patient with me in helping me to understand options and pros and cons of the different approaches. In the end, I had James add more RAM, install a large solid state hard drive, and clean up my system. He copied my existing hard drive on to the new one and then installed everything quickly and efficiently. My computer ran like it was new and vastly improved my ability to work. James has provided help and guidance on several other occasions since. I completely trust James and would highly recommend him to others. He is an extremely good IT guy but is also a likable person - and that is a rare combination.
