Dr.Kent and staff were really kind, compassionate, and understanding in treating my 15 month old toddler’s recurrent ear infections with ear tubes. They went the extra mile and accommodated to our need since our insurance would end soon. The surgery was quick and painless for my son. Dr.Kent was very professional, approachable, and kind to us, we are really happy and thankful for the surgery and results:)! Thank you so much Dr. Kent and staff!

After my last two ENT's retired I was faced with another new Doctor!! After meeting Dr Nielsen, I knew I was going to like him! He is friendly, listens to you, is open and honest. Also he is young and won't be retiring any time soon!!

If you’re looking for an ENT in the Phoenix Metro area, we would highly recommend Dr. Skyler Nielsen at Valley ENT on Greenfield and Guadalupe. He helped our 10 year old son feel comfortable, was very professional, kind and took time to explain the treatment plan and answer questions. He is great with kids and adults. Dr. Nielsen knows his stuff and is very thorough. The office was clean, neat and all the staff was friendly and easy to work with. And to top it off, they were able to get us an appointment in less than a week from calling to schedule AND we only waited a few minutes for our appointment!

Dr. Kent was amazing! He was attentive, patient and understanding of my special needs kiddo, even playing music for him to calm him down. Excellent care, highly recommended.

Needing to see a new doctor, I called one ENT office and didn't have the greatest experience. I then called Valley ENT and was blown away with the experience I had with Haley. Her kindness and professionalism were way beyond what you experience nowadays - anywhere you call. She truly was the reason I scheduled an appointment.
