I’ve had the privilege to work with Jon and his team on several of our homes. What you need to know from my experience.

1). Price - They will give you a fair and honest opinion for what will work for your personalized situation. We’ve had large budget projects and lower budget projects that they’ve done for me - all projects were treated to an extremely high level and clients/myself have been very pleased.

2). Customer Service - I’ve used a few of the biggest Av firms in the valley, you need a company that can help not just when they install but weeks, months, years afterwards to insure the home(s) function right. I’ve been extremely impressed with several dozen projects we’ve done together with JL Automation. Jon/his team have always been extremely responsive and have always resolved any issue that has come up, even years after install.

3). Quality of Work - they have exceeded my expectations in how they conduct their business/installs. Clean, professional and extremely knowledgeable in explaining how the system works to our clients.

Overall - should be considered one of the best AV companies in Arizona and I would recommend them to any of our clients.
