We love Mattress Firm! We have bought from them before and had to return a bed we didn’t like. They let us pick out a new bed and swapped them out for free. With a 120 nights free swap policy to make sure you bought the right bed, you can’t go wrong with this company! We just got done buying our second bed with them. I was dreading the picking-out process but we were out of there within the hour. They ask you questions to narrow down your needs and then show the qualifying beds. SUCH a timesaver. The girl who helped us was knowledgeable and fun to work with. I can’t sing their praises loud enough!

I have to say my beginnings with some of the associates, we’re not so great after I had an issue with a mattress. But it turned great with a new manager at the Store named Doug. He was very very thoughtful and empathetic to our situation, we are no spring chickens and needed a firmer bed. He gave us the time and education on what bed would be best for us. I’m very very grateful for his time and consideration. Thank you Doug.

Great service and support while selecting a mattress in one store location. Then they sent us to a different location where the mattress was in stock. And at that location we had great service and purchased a couple Purple pillows!! So all in all, pretty great results. I can't complain!!

I went to mattress firm to get a mattress for our new king bed. Mitch was the best sales rep ever! He helped me with all of my questions and got me the best deal. He truly is a sleep expert! I’d recommend this store to anyone. Ask for Mitch!
