Had a quick repair job and after Google search dropped in. My part was in stock, Chris did a quick fix, and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Outstanding customer service with a a great attitude!
I was also happy to see they had a variety of computers, Mac for sure. Not sure if new or refurbished but I would certainly rather buy from them than the Apple store!
Came in with a broken phone. Low expectations thinking all hope was lost. This place fixed my phone quickly AND for free. Any tech problems will check here first as it is close to me :)
I brought my wife’s Apple Watch in because the screen wasn’t attached to the body of the watch. The gentleman said give him a couple of hours. He reattached the screen with glue with no charge. Great service.
This is my second visit to Experimax. I had gone there a few years back and had a good experience. A few months ago I had an issue with my computer so I googled and found a repair shop 10 minutes from my home instead of 35 minutes. With that being said I brought my computer there, had to leave it and got a call hours later when it was ready. When I got home and tried to use my computer,,,there were still issues. I have lived with this for months and finally decided to spend $ again and get it fixed.
Thank goodness I remembered Experimax in Gilbert where I had originally had my computer repaired. I went in with my husband and 3 macs....unannounced, no appointment and were greeted by Chris. He was both kind, patient and knew immediately what adjustments needed to be made on these computers. When we went to pay Chris said no charge! We thought he was joking but he was serious. Who does that?? He said the adjustments weren't difficult and to remember him the next time.
Well that bought Chris customers for life and I will share with others what a great experience it was.
