I met with Cat almost a year ago due to pain I’ve had for years as a result of multiple injuries. She is an incredibly smart and carrying person. Working with Cat, Shane, April, and all the other great people here I have been able to make huge leaps in my recovery. Highly recommend meeting with them if you are experiencing pain that prevents you from living your life.

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Shane and Cat are very knowledgeable and provide genuine care their patients. The modalities that they use like E- Stim, Dry - needling and soft tissue massage have worked wonders with neck and shoulder pain. I’ve had PT elsewhere and have found that the level of treatment here is far more hands on. They are serious about helping patients have more mobility and better, healthier living. I recommend that anyone who needs PT come here. You won’t regret the quality level of treatment you receive here. I am so glad I found this place.

I had breast cancer and I felt so lucky to meet Catherine after my surgery since last May. She’s knowledgeable, caring and friendly.
