Travis Dutson is one of the very best agents that I have ever worked with. I have moved a number of times but he made moving from Utah to Arizona much better. My wife and I were knew very little coming down here but he took the time to educate us throughout the entire process about the areas that we were looking in. His knowledge was incredible about all the different things going on in various cities. I have never had a real estate agent take the time to educate us about the cities that we were visiting and explaining why things work the way they do. I do mortgages for living and know a good amount about the real estate side of things but Travis went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Travis to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
He was also really great with our kids! They loved seeing him and were actually sad when we didn't need to look at anymore houses!
