(March 11, 2020, 10:13 pm)My mom has won a giveaway in February for Valentine's Day. I am so glad she did. Because my husband and I got to taste test quite a few before we decided to buy some of our own a few days later. We tried a few more flavors of her macarons and they are delightful. I love the coconut the most so far. My husband loves the creamsicle. Definitely cannot wait to try more of the flavors she makes next. I always love to try new bakers and see how everything is and see what inspires me myself to create something. Ruby and her mom are so genuinely nice and I love supporting small businesses like these. Cannot wait for the next pop up at either a coffee shop or farmers market to try more treats.
I always hope that small businesses like these are able to grow enough to where they can open their own shop someday. Keep baking ruby!
