Was impressed with the guides at the entrance (probably because of the current construction going on) - nevertheless, I liked that. Service Tech was excellent - with my car going in for a recall, didn't know what to expect. Promised to be done in 1.5 hours - and it was ready in 45 minutes. I've been to other Hyundai dealerships - and this was by far the best experience I have had in a long time. In fact, I drove 20 miles to this dealership - because the one that is 2 miles from my home (which I've been going to for 12+ years) has just been awful recently.
Purchased a 2024 Tuscan from Thomas at San Tan Hyundai on Sept 5, 2023. This was during their remodel, but temporary office and restrooms were sufficient. We have purchased many new vehicles over the years and this ranked up there as far as ease. SUV had just been unloaded from the delivery truck and still wrapped in plastic, but Thomas was able to track down the keys so that I could look inside, as this was the only N line on the lot. It was a Friday night of a long weekend, so couldn’t take Tuscan until it had its intake service. We were able to complete credit application online over the weekend then first thing Tuesday morning, received a text that the windows had been tinted and the remaining services would be done shortly and SUV would be ready at 2pm. Arrived at 4pm, SUV was ready and waiting for us. We did need to wait a bit for the finance person as Bob was the only finance person working, but Thomas utilized the time to pair my phone and go over all of the functions. Once finance was ready, Bob had us in and out quickly.
Appreciate not having to pay or see a dealer mark up on the window sticker. They also matched a competitor’s trade-in price. Would definitely purchase from them again.
Super impressed with the San Tan Hyundai team who took great care of me today on an emergency basis. I lost the car key fob earlier today and needed a replacement ASAP. It was a stressful situation. Ricky and Connor at the Service Department saved the day for me. Thank you! They got my service need addressed quickly and professionally. The ladies at the Customer Service also were very helpful when I called ahead to inquire about the service I so desperately needed to get done today. And while I waited for the car, Eric Little at the Sales Department showed me some electric vehicles which I was interested in. All this was smoothly coordinated while the dealership is undergoing a major remodel. Well done San Tan Hyundai team!
Are (Service Advisor) Christian was very helpful & professional when arriving Christian advise us it was going to be a 2 to 4 hours wait time, he offer us a shuttle to the mall so we had lunch and in no time the car was done. Christian also took the time to answer are questions we are happy with are service today
