(April 30, 2023, 12:55 pm)Being a makeup lover this is by far one of my favorite places to go:) Every visit has been a great experience with both customer service and the availability of the stuff I'm looking for. Yesterday when I went to get a new eyebrow pencil and try a new blush, Ava was suuuuuper helpful!!!! She is soooo sweet and friendly and really listened to me before recommending some new products! If you need guidance definitely ask for her! She's amazing!

My hair was an absolute mess when I walked in for my first appointment with her (April 2023) because I haven't had it either cut or colored in about a year. She evaluated the situation and then we TALKED, she wanted to know what my wishes and expectations were and she LISTENED to my answers and LOOKED at me to determine what was necessary to achieve my vision. It was not a one cut fits all or one color process for everyone. She took as much time as necessary and boy, did she deliver! My hair hasn't looked this good in years, if ever. Carol, THANK YOU. (April 13, 2023, 3:34 pm)I have been getting my brows done by Paula for about a year and I am always pleased with her work and artistry! She is incredible! She maintains my shape and respects what I want. She is very sweet and kind. I live in Chandler, but because I'm particular about my brows I drive to Gilbert because I've tried multiple people that are closer but no one can do brows like Paula. Sadly I am moving to California, but I'll still be visiting Arizona for family and plan to coordinate my brow waxes with Paula whenever I visit! Thank you for keeping my brows looking flawless Paula!
I also have very sensitive skin and the wax at Ulta has always been agreeable with my skin.
(March 8, 2023, 1:53 am)Extraordinary customer service here. Every time i come in with a question, they have an answer. I do not know much about makeup, skin care or hair color, but after going and asking questions, i have gained knowledge about the brands and products i now love. My latest visit, I was looking for my first fragrance. As i entered the store, i was greeted and asked if i needed any help, i said no at first, but after a while of smelling many fragrances, I couldn’t find one i was absolutely sold on. She showed me the charts near the tester bottles to see what kinds of fragrances i am drawn to and helped me decide on Dolce and Gabbana light blue. Thanks!
(February 19, 2023, 6:02 pm)I had my hair service with Brooke and she let me know all of the different products she was using and gave me recommendations on what I could do with my hair for my upcoming wedding. I also needed eyeliner and lip recommendations and Aaliyah helped me with everything for that. They both were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!
