F45 Training Santan Village

I have been using at home workout programs for the last two and a half years. I was ready to change things up and F45 did not disappoint! I love that they offer a trial period as it helped me become familiar with their style of functional workouts. The coaches are extremely helpful and encouraging! Each workout is uniquely designed and organized, all you have to do is show up and do the work! I highly recommend checking out F45 if you want to change up your routine and challenge yourself!

I managed a gym for a long time, so I tend to be particular about who coaches me. I had a baby and was struggling w motivating myself. So I tried out F45.
From the moment I walked in... I was greeted, and helped by friendly coaches. They asked all the right questions to show they cared (AJ and Adam) and I have a big appreciation for coaches who truly care.
When class started, the coaches were knowledgeable and attentive to everyone in the room.

The work outs are awesome and the instructors are ALL PASSIONATE about making sure everyone gets the best work out. They are also great are making sure you do the work outs properly!

This is the first place I found that I want to go everyday!!! No gym has made me feel like this. There is no wasting time. You see results! 45 min once a day. Thank you F45❤

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! What do I LOVE about this particular F45? 1. Coaches - can't say enough about them; Michelle Roth (BTW she is ripped) runs the crew and the bar (pun intended) is set extremely high. All are certified and make each workout fun. Yes, I have put workout and fun in the same sentence. The gym is kept very clean, the equipment top notch. Workouts begin when the incredible sound system cranks up the tunes and the new glass garage door goes up (in hot months, the door is kept down and the AC keeps everything cool.

Have been going to this studio for almost a year. The reason why I love going is the energy and the professionalism as you walk in the door. They put the customer first without being too overbearing.

Workouts are fantastic and things are always getting changed up which allows the gym time not to get stale.

If new, there is NO reason to be intimidated as the staff makes you feel a part on culture right away.
