So after 2 other dealers, I landed here at Miller Toyota in Anaheim and they like all the other dealers in the area also had a mark up price above msrp! However after some back and forth and then mostly making thing extremely easy for me by asking me what would it take? So I didn’t hold back I told them I didn’t need half the stuff on the car however there was a few things I did want that wasn’t on there! I told them if they would add those things I’d do it and so a little more back and forth and we settled with instead of a down I’d get to keep my money and buy the few things I want on my new Tacoma! And best part is they still manage to work into the contract a front TRD grill for me lol which made the deal all that sweeter! If u feel like the price tag is to much u shouldn’t own a Toyota cuz this is a forever car!
So originally I had Katrina but the place was swamped so I got Edgar after that and Jamie for the deal all 3 are damn good at what they do and they all no how to understand what u want! I talked with them like I knew them and they did the same! Happier with my new 2021 Tacoma off road, so thank again guys u were great!
