(June 3, 2020, 1:40 pm)I recently had a Whole House Filtration System and a 5 Stage RO installed for my new home from AZ Water Systems. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Larry, the owner of the company. He answered all my questions (believe me I had plenty!). He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Seth, the Field Technician, did an excellent clean job installing all the equipment. Seth was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for the best family owned business in the area, I would highly suggest AZ Water Systems for all your water softener needs.
(May 26, 2020, 3:29 pm)It was great to work with AZ Water Systems and Larry was extremely informative and went above and beyond to explain the features of the water softener/filter solution we installed for our house. We had a request for a different faucet to be installed in our kitchen and he made sure to find the right one and provide for install. Everything went smoothly and the install tech, Seth, was as polite and professional as can be. Overall they are a great company as they partner with Rhino Rooter. I can 100% recommend both of these companies.
(May 6, 2020, 10:25 pm)I recently moved to AZ, had absolutely no experience with soft water or reverse osmosis equipment that was in my new home, I was completely lost.
I greatly appreciated the conversation & quick response setting up the
appointment with Larry, felt much better when I got off the phone.
Seth came out and took the time to not only do a thorough service, but also explained the equipment & maintenance, so I have a much better understanding. I truly appreciated the help and professional service I received, I highly recommend AZ Water Systems.

He provided helpful information on how to maintain the septic system.
Arrived each day at the scheduled time and called before arriving.
Made sure I understood each phase of the job.
The job was completed on time according to their quoted schedule, and was completed in a very professional manner.
I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely re-hire AZ Water Systems for future plumbing needs.
(August 6, 2019, 7:19 pm)Larry was great. Helped answer all of our questions about which system would work best for us. Installation looks great. Now we have soft and great tasting water. We chose the softener and whole house filtration unit.
