Eric Jordan and his team are the absolute BEST. They are always a phone, email or text away when I need them. Responses are always quick and I never have to wonder if they will get back to me. They have just recently received the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience award and they deserve it. Way to go Team Eric!!!!!!!

American Family has extreemly friendly and professional staff. I also very much enjoy having Eric Jordan as my insurance agent, he takes the time necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I wouldn't change it for anything, as great customer service is so hard to find these days! Being in the insurance industry myself (health/life) I understand how important it is to have a great agent. Eric Jordan's office is AWESOME!! They call you back, follow up and do what they say they are going to do!! Simple, right? Not so, many agencies do NOT call you back and don't do what they say they will do. Many agencies don't even pick up the phone. Believe me, you want an agent to be there for you when you need them!! I recently moved here from California and couldn't believe how hard it was to find an agency that actually cared.
