Very professional, courteous and kind. I had very bad experience at a previous dentist with a heavy-handed and mean hygienist, and this office went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. The staff was friendly and made sure that I knew what was happening every step of the way. Very happy with the results and look forward to coming back for my 6 month cleanings!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Shandy’s office for years. I luckily got referred to her office when I moved to AZ about 7.5 years ago, and I LOVE her and her staff. She has been more than wonderful to myself and when treating my younger child. I would highly recommend Dr. Shandy to anyone, she is I’ll take good care of you.

Shandie Condies office from the time you get there to the time you leave it is an excellent experience. The office is beautiful - the front desk women are very kind and friendly.

I wish that I would have found Desert Springs Dental sooner. I am one of those people that is truly afraid of the dentist so, I waited until my mouth was in very bad shape. Dr. Condie is amazing, she is a miracle worker. She offers gas, which of course I opted for. I had 5 teeth/roots removed and a deep cavity. I didn’t feel a thing and that includes the shots. She is amazing and so is her staff. They really care about you and make you feel so comfortable. Can’t wait to finish all my dental work and really smile again.

First of all let me say I hate going to the dentist!
However, my experience with Desert Springs was THE most pleasurable dental experience I have had in my 57 years of life!!! Their priority was to make sure I was comfortable during all of the procedures. Ezra took my X-rays and gave my fluoride treatment, while providing expectations along with next steps. Crystal evaluated my gums/teeth and provided a thorough cleaning. She was very concerned about my comfort and answered all of my questions. The culture is very laid back and there is no pressure for any extra purchases. Dr. Condie did have suggestions for maintenance; however those were presented as suggested options. After living in the Phoenix area for 15 years, I am SO excited to have found such an excellent dentist!
