SimonMed Imaging - Gilbert Copperpoint

This location was the cleanest I have ever been in! There was no chaos everything was orderly amazing team .
I will make this my only SimonMed I visit in the future all Simon meds should be like this location

Very good with one exception, I had preparatory Rx to be taken 30 minutes prior to my MRI. I was given multiple instructions and finally I said I will arrive 30 minutes early. The MRI went very comfortably and all is well. I recommend Simon Imaging.

Was greeted and checked in professionally and politely. Technician was good with the needle and explained what she was doing.As far as procedure, it went well and was as comfortable as procedures go. Only complaint is that my appointment was scheduled at 8:30 and I wasn't seen until after 9:00. I'm sure there was a good reason, but when I asked I was given a very bogus answer. I prefer the truth.

The one thing that bugged me was separation. The waiting room only allowed 3' of separation (not 6'), people were not being required to wear masks (you should even entertain them if they don't), and the change room showed no signs of being wiped-down between patients. The exam rooms appeared to be, which is good. But the change rooms were not that I could see. And while I waited outside rather than risk the waiting room, there was no way to avoid the change rooms. I kept my stuff with me as the lockers also didn't appear to be cleaned after each patient.

My X-ray tech was very good. Efficient, seemed to want to get the best images (I had to re-do a few of them because she wasn't satisfied). So that part was good.
