Joe E. at Pristine was great! He serviced the R.O. system and the water softener. He was professional, knew the systems very well, and gave easy instructions on how to care for both until the next time they are serviced. I am very impressed with Pristine.

We worked with Neil Parke. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the products offered, not pushy at all, and a genuinely nice person. We picked a system he recommended for the whole home and drinking water and we absolutely love it all! Yes it is expensive, but it’s a worthwhile investment. Everything was explained to us, there were no surprises. Highly recommend this company and especially working with Neil.

The owner and the staff here are amazing! I highly recommend going to Randy and his team anytime you need repairs or water softener installation! I am a handy professional and was repairing a water softener for one of my customers. I needed some replacement parts and had very limited knowledge of how to do the repair. Randy saved me so much time. He took me into the back work area and gave me a free demo on how to do the job correctly. The staff at the front were super polite and courteous.
