LuAnn has helped me so much with so any issues in my life. Teaching coping skills through the DBT program and helping me to stay out of my story’s I get my self into. She has also helped me to learn how to stop shaming myself and be ok where I am as I move forward in life. This is a process of learning new things each day and a journey that I know is helping me.

LuAnn helped me through an impossible situation for which I will be eternally grateful! I won't share the details here, but I will say that I was crippled with so much emptiness and depression that I neglected myself and wasn't emotionally available for my children. It was a very dark time for all of us. I feel very blessed to have been led to LuAnn. She introduced me to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and helped me tremendously through group and individual therapies. Over the course of a year and a half, I grew to become keenly aware of my thoughts and emotions and was given the tools I needed to understand them. I was able to let go of my hurts, learned how to forgive, and to move forward with purpose. I got my life back, and I still find myself improving every day with the skills LuAnn empowered me with. I highly recommend her for any and all situations. She has significant experience and great love and compassion for everyone she meets.
